Your satisfaction and experience are of the upmost  importance to me. These policies are designed to prioritize your undivided attention during your service. Additionally, they aim to optimize appointment availability for all of my valued guests by avoiding any unnecessary wasted time. 

I am so excited for your interest in booking with me. When booking a hair service, you will be asked to provide a credit card to hold and schedule your appointment. 

I respectfully require a 48 hour notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged for 50% of the cost for your service in which was scheduled. if you cancel 24 hours or less you will be charged 100% of the cost of your seevice. 

There’s a grace period of 20 minutes. If you arrive within this time frame, every effort will be made to accommodate your full appointment.

 If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, or the service time may be shortened (depending on service) to fit within the remaining time slot, and you will may be subject to being charged a fee.

No shows will be charged 100% of the cost for your service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, a deposit will be required for scheduling future appointments. 

To confirm your Extension consultation booking, a $25 deposit is due, and will go towards your installation if you decide to book.  On the day of your consultation, a 50% deposit is required for your upcoming application appointment. These deposits are non-refundable. To reschedule or cancel, kindly provide a 48-hour notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. Failure to notify Styled by Kari within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Kindly inform me of any required changes within 7 days following your service. Additional charges will apply for adjustment requests made outside the originally agreed-upon service.

I do not offer refunds under and circumstances. 

I kindly request salon guests to minimize the number of accompanying individuals during their visit. This consideration ensures a pleasant experience for all guests.
